ELEVEN project - Moscow

Atelier Santoro has participated in the interior design project developed for one of the most exclusive real estate complexes in Moscow: Eleven, designed in 2019 by architect Yuri Grigorian. Its modern architectural style and facade cladding create dynamic lines and make the entire building extremely light, despite its 17 floors.

Based on these elements, inspired by the wind and the colours of the sand, architect Roberto Santoro has submitted two different colour proposals for the interiors: one characterised by light colours similar to those of a sun-kissed beach, and the other by dark colours. All 44 luxury apartments are equipped with all amenities and finished with quality materials, such as large porcelain stoneware and oak planks. The complex, consisting of two towers, also features a common area with services reserved exclusively for the owners of the apartments such as a spa, restaurants and cafés.

« I like to define the style created for Eleven as ‘contemporary with classic elements’. A style that will stand the test of time and will always be trendy. » Roberto

Modern Villa - UAE

Atelier Santoro has entirely designed a very important villa in the United Arab Emirates, where the key element is the symbiosis between interiors and exteriors. The extremely modern architectural style is balanced by the use of natural stone and wood finishes that make this home unique in its kind. Its large structure is arranged over several levels resulting in different volumes that intersect in a varied and dynamic way.  The exteriors are made unique by the inclusion of water features, whirlpools and swimming pools. An artificial lake with an island that is also a fitness area completes the outdoor space. The interiors are also characterised by a succession of different intersecting volumes that give life to mezzanines and green areas for tall trees. Large windows fulfill the owners’ expressed desire to admire the starry sky, even from the inside, to experience the feeling of being in an oasis in the desert. There are also a large underground wellness area and entertainment areas on the first floor. The swimming pool, the whirlpools carved into the rock and all the interiors surrounded by large windows create a spectacular effect without interruptions that is particularly suggestive as the whole villa blends perfectly into the surrounding landscape.

Presidential Complex – Russian Federation

Atelier Santoro, in collaboration with a team of architects from Moscow, designed and built the exteriors and interiors of a presidential complex in one of the Republics of Russia. The majestic and rich architecture reflects the personality of its owners. Very distinctive is the building that houses the wellness and relaxation area, which is the first example of Atelier Santoro style with clear references to the Muslim world (presence of a dome, ogives, …).

Palladian Villa - North Africa Area

Over the last few years, Atelier Santoro has also had the opportunity to try its hand at very important projects developed for prominent personalities in North Africa. On these occasions, it chose to combine its own architectural style characterised by large roofs with the typical Palladian style. The main villa and the annex are large-volume buildings, both inside and outside, and attention to detail is what makes this work so exclusive and unique. Finally, the outdoor swimming pool and the Italian-style garden that surround it intensify the spectacular impact of the entire architectural complex.
