Green homes MADE ENTIRELY OF WOOD
- Xlam boundary and load-bearing walls (engineered wood walls)
- Xlam or traditional wood intermediate floor slab
- Xlam or traditional wood roof
- Wood-fibre or sheep wool external wall insulation
- Possibility to remove any glues and metal components from Xlam panels, for a truly sustainable home without magnetic fields.
Green homes built of BRICKS and WOOD
- Eco-friendly brick boundary walls
- Load-bearing columns and walls with non-magnetic austenitic stainless steel, to eliminate the magnetic fields normally found around the home
- Traditional wooden roof (spruce or oak)
- Wood-fibre external wall insulation (ventilated wall)
- Cork or sheep wool internal wall insulation.
The construction materials we use are selected from those offered by the best green building materials companies.
In the preliminary phase, customers are also given the opportunity to certify theirs villa according to Casaclima class A and class Gold protocols.
The most effective energy-saving solutions, with low consumption of kwh/m2, are still proposed to customers regardless of their interest in getting the certification.
